2. FOOD & BEVERAGE SECREATARY (Contract/Permanent Position)
Job Responsibilities:
• • Provide efficient admin and secretarial support to F&B Department
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of records
• Minutes taking on a regular basis
•Co-ordinate events administration, assist to disseminate events/banquet order instructions to the department
• Other duties assigned by Superior
Job Requirements:
• ‘A’Level/ LCCI/ Diploma/ in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good organization and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to multi-task
•Well versed in MS office
•Able to work independently
•Singaporeans and PRs preferred
