    Purchasing Co-ordinator
 
Responsibilities
The Hotel Purchasing Co-ordinator is responsible to ensure all purchases meet the requirements of the Hotel in terms of time, quantity, quality and price. This position is also responsible to ensure all billings and collections are received in a timely manner, and to provide administration support to the Purchasing Manager.

Job Requirements
At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Ability to take and perform instructions effectively, organise and prioritise daily routine tasks
Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and suppliers
Knowledge of computer, accounting and calculation skills
Has good working attitude and honest
Able to commence work immediately or short notice an advantage




    Part-Time Cleaning Attendants / Food & Beverage Crew
