Firstly, we will like to thank Chef William and his team for preparing such an appetizing and scrumptious dinner. There was abundant of food and we really enjoy eating at the comfort of Hotel Re! It was also heart warming to see Chef William personally taking his precious time to check on us and the food.
Secondly, we will like to thank Jason and his team for the room setup and excellent service provided to us. The ambience in the room is great. It was really cosy and nice to dine in. I will especially like to comment on your F&B Assistant Manager, Mr Fairoz for being so attentive to our needs. He took the initiative ( without us mentioning) to get us another cable and offer us his service to setup our laptop with the projector and audio. Although this is a small thing, it really does reflect the excellent service standards at Hotel Re! .
Thank you for your kind hospitality and upgrading our room from ReFine! to ReTune! and ReCall! rooms so that we will have much more spacious and comfortable place to dine.
It had been a memorable time with Hotel Re!. We will definitely recommend this hotel and food to our family and friends."

"Sorry for the late reply. Remembered your email only today and thought I shall offer you some honest feedback.
On the contrary in all honesty, Bell and myself did not plan it very well in terms of on planning for our guests and the programme we have laid out.
Amidst these inconsistencies, Kelvin was very accommodating and steadfast into handling the various requests an changes that he had to deal with last minute. I am very happy with his style of work. I remembered that he even attended to some of the requests that my scheduled photographer and valet personnel had when dealing with the rain. It was to me, personalized value-added services.
Also, I am very impressed with Jason (F&B Manager) style of management. When I was down to check things out before guests come in, I chanced upon him briefing his team on the important aspects that cannot be compromised on. His no-nonsense and strictly professional approach left me a solid impression as a confident and dependable individual.
Last but not least, my thanks to you for the arrangement that you no doubt played a part in to ensure that all these are executed to near flawlessness.
In fact, many of out guests that night told me that it was one of the most memorable weddings that they’ve attended in a long time.
Thank you once again for the pleasant night. You have a great team. Please to forward my thanks to Jason and Kevin respectively for a job well done!
